Shipping policy
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
During product sales, promotions, or high-volume periods, please allow extra time for your order to be processed and shipped.
Shipping times selected at checkout do not include production or fulfillment time. The estimated delivery date reflects the courier’s responsibility once the package is in their possession. Tracking information is provided by shipping couriers and may vary depending on your location and other external factors.
Please contact the shipping carrier directly for updates or concerns regarding your package. Section8 is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or undelivered packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the package has been scanned by the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please:

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Shipping Delays
